I hate it when you're hungry but too lazy to eat

My stomach is a scrub and we don't want no scrubs.

the simplest thing to do is just make an omelete or scrambled egg, pop it on some bread, maybe slice a tomato and boom, meal. this has been standard procedure for me for at least a year and a half

i'm aware this is somewhat of a privilege though. i'm thin and always have been, so i don't really need to worry about that stuff. i do mostly eat in moderation though
