That sounds pretty accurate. To me, the closest thing I can compare it to is the sense of extreme relaxation and safety/being taken care of that comes with getting a massage or having someone play with your hair. It's actually very very similar to that.

Some people describe a sense of extreme tingliness on their head and spine, but I only get that mildly. It's just like a deep tingly sensation of relaxation and well-being... like the opposite of nails on a chalkboard/dental drill type sounds which make your whole body contract in discomfort and anxiety.

A lot of people seem to experience similar feelings listening to guided meditation or hypnosis recordings.

I tried a guided meditation recording to help me relax at bedtime once, it just made me laugh.
