i've felt the pains of aging and then realized it was the antibiotics that i took.
i'm back to feeling more normal, with a glimpse of what awaits me later and more knowledge about the privilege of youth.

tonight i played in a floor hockey league (with sneakers) and i rolled the same ankle. hurt more this time. and then i got slashed super hard in the other ankle and fell to the floor and had to leave the game.

and my phone was dead so i had to walk half a mile on my shitty ankles before i could find a cab home

not a great day for the ankles, and it reminds me that i'm no spring chicken. who else is feeling the pains of aging?
i have some pains also but i think it is from fat more than age

i hope your shitty ankles feel less shitty soon

my phone's battery is also fucked, it turns off by itself and drains instantly. it is non-removable so they are sending me a new phone before i have to send them my busted one so that's cool. i mean i had to pay $25 but it's worth it to not have to either not have a phone for a week or revert to my old backup piece of shit. plus i dont have to pay for shipping this way so it's really only like $20. it's been turning off periodically but yesterday did it and then wouldn't turn back on, turns out in instantly drained from 75% to nothing. i had already tried a factory reset and surprisingly they didn't bug me to do it again before telling me to send it in

Needing to add freon would have been better

Should I go easy on my ac? I'm not easy on any part of my car and I realize it's nearly 10 years old which in a less complicated car would be nothing but this is one with computers and stuff

I've only done essential things at this point. I guess out of all the reasons the ac could have died this is preferable

i discovered a new old brazilian band and i really like their funky tunes

i couldn't put my finger on what song/voice his reminded me of (in that song, anyway), but i finally got it and it's when the following song hits :33 seconds:

it was driving my head crazy trying to go through songs and melodies n junk. and listening to anything was just gumming up the works. you know how it is.

I need to learn to cut my own hair because getting my hair cut makes me incredibly anxious and I always feel stupid because I don't care too much about specifics I just want less hair

i cut about two inches of my hair over the toilet last night; gotta keep those split ends at bay.

just cut off a bit at a time until your hair is the same shape, but smaller

You could use a trimmer designed for this purpose. I'm assuming you don't have long hair where you can see the ends of it

I tried the bongiovi pasta sauce and i gotta say it's not bad except a little pricey. Also watery but they all are. The marinara definitely has that acidic, sharp marinara flavor that I like. Would be good with mussels, wine, and fresh herbs.

It's is my life
