Question about FM Tuner/Capture cards

So my friend is building me a new system soon and i was wondering if these FM tuner/capture cards are suitable for recording then sharing live shows,(bearing in mind i know little about these devices,well duh,also don't have digital FM broadcast where i am)
But i'm sure i've seen shows being shared that are recorded this way
If they are ok,anything i should know/consider when choosing one?

I understand this may be a stupid question for those in the know but i posted a similar thread at TTD a few days before i posted this and no reply there either,so i'm kinda running out of options

And well,the clock is ticking to when i go and buy all the parts for my new system so
