Yeah, it's incredibly stupid... But a lot of the ideologies and concepts are valuable to understand.

It's just that the basis of Christianity and most major religions are indoctrinated into children for as long as they've been alive... I strongly doubt this was the case with Beck. That's a major factor to consider.
