Ben Gibbard - Lost weight and the glasses

DCFC just performed on Conan and the camera panned over the entire band...except I didn't see Ben Gibbard.

Then...the singer begins and it's Ben...he has hair down below his chin, no glasses and looks 20lbs lighter.

I don't like DCFC, but wow...what a transformation. He looks less like a poof.

That is all.

yeah i saw them this summer and noticing the difference was the only halfway exciting moment of the show

Damn. He looks too thin to me. I think losing those glasses was a step in the right direction though.
