New Netphoria Website

I would just like to announce that the main Netphoria website has been redesigned and relaunched.

After 10 years of the old design I thought it was time for something new and fresh.

As many of you know the old site has long been suffering with inadequate updates, dated content and info, etc. I had always planned on updating the site and launching something newer but struggled with getting anything done and as the years started to go by the site began to rot. Part of the reason was simply I had lost interest, also the fact that the old site was not dynamic/automated made it difficult to keep things updated on a regular basis.

I hope everyone likes the new look of the site, I tried to keep it dark and familiar. The new site will once again have the latest Smashing Pumpkins news, information and tour dates. The photo album has been enhanced and expanded upon and the videos pages has been updated. More new content and features will be added in time. I will also be looking at ways to integrate the Message Board more into the main site.

If by "life" you mean "something that resembles content," okay. If by "life" you mean content that doesn't misspell the name of the band to which this site is dedicated, then I'd look somewhere else.

The updates are very nice.
However, I think you should take out the part of the summary that says "the site that Billy Corgan loves to hate" why would you be happy that the creator of this band "hates" the fan site you made about his band? i dont understand why that would be something to be note-worthy.
I come here because I think some of the conversations and discussions that come about are interesting, and there are some interesting people. and i like to help people who are sad and angry and lost when i can. but honestly the aura of netphoria can be described as sad and has under-tone feeling of mean spiritedness. not everyone and not all of it but it's there. to promote these feelings seems very odd to me. why would you want to purposefully encourage a wedge between yourself and Billy Corgan?

I really like the new design. I've been a visitor of the site "since the beginning" and find that the new design is refreshing but familiar. When I opened the Netphoria bookmark this morning, I thought I had clicked the wrong one at first. The site was my daily time machine visit back to 1998.

Great job, and thanks for keeping the site up for as long as you have.

I think the photo is great for a fanpage, but it needs too be sharper. I someone finds something similar in better quality it should be up.
