love the Tegan/Sara hair and vocals/lyrics

miss the Tegan/Sara angst and aesthetic

btw I've seen them live and they are super cute and funny. We should all go to a T&S concert instead

I would be down for a Netphoria meetup but there's no way in hell I'm paying whatever the asking price will be for whatever hypothetical reunion ends up panning out.

I'll meet y'all at the bar afterwards.

It's impolite to mention romantic dalliances around the lonely folks of Netphoria

I'd at least consider financing the Koru Lounge access that gets you unlimited refills of carbonated water during any layovers.

The glow worm caves are pretty intense. We did a "blackwater rafting" one in Waitomo, which is basically riding an inner tube along streams running through pitch black caves with glowing insect larvae forming pseudo-starscapes along the ceiling. Then they make you jump backwards off a small waterfall (in the dark) and ride a water slide that somebody made the unusual (but ultimately awesome) decision of installing in thirty-million-year-old caverns that still have yet to be fully explored.

We had a guide at the front and back plus mining helmets with those cyclops lights we were asked to turn off for the dark stuff. It's entirely possible they were simply giving us the ignorance is bliss treatment any time a subterranean/aquatic terror was spotted.

You are also provided with a wetsuit and warned not to piss in it.

There were also some moa bones lying around from when they'd fallen into crevices and died.

This isn't real, but it is to scale. Dinosaur grandchild.
