best performance of Siva?
I think it might be this one...
http://www.splra.org/wiki/index.php?title=Tsp1992-07-05 Are there any other Siva performances like this one that have a rant? |

my favorite is the acoustic version on the Black Sessions boot. I believe it was the summer of 93 in france; not sure of the exact date. I love it.

mine is a tie between this, and the United Center. though I think I have to give the slight edge to the Black Sessions one

I'm really really hoping they bring Siva out on the upcoming tour. A revamped version akin to the 2000 version would be fantastic.

ANYTHING from early '97. Matt takes that song places Jimmy never did. 1/24 and 2/5 are favorites of mine.

I really enjoyed the show in 88 where they played "be strong now" by Iha. What a jam session.

I went in thinking "I think I really like these Smashing Pumpkins" (I had seen them by chance play Lafayette earlier) and left with a profound feeling bordering on religious conversion. Boy, did that concert change my life. |

Yeah, obviously Matt isn't up to Jimmy's level, but I thought he did a pretty amazing job. Much better than any of the other replacement drummers.
Listen to Matt's performance on Zero from the Glastonbury show. I have to say, it's one of the few, if not the only time his shit was better than Jimmy's. |
