Default Dandy Warhols and Verve both ripped off the Rolling Stones

But how is it that the Dandy Warhols didn't get slapped with a lawsuit for Bohemian Like You borrowing heavily from Rolling Stones "Brown Sugar"?

But Verve got a huge lawsuit for Bittersweet Symphony borrowing elements of a Rolling Stones song

Because the riffs of "Bohemian Like You" and "Brown Sugar" are different.

Conversely the orchestral sample on "Bittersweet Symphony" is taken directly from "The Last Time".
