Remember somebody was talking hairshirt of purpose? Thanks for that if so? Listening now for first time got some nice guitar moods and the dudes not too scrotey for me, which helps big time

Last edited by Run To Me : 07-22-2020 at 10:17 PM. Reason: Thought it was hairshirt of promise, which is also would be cool

after you've been using it for a while listening to your favorite stuff, their "Daily Mixes" can be quite good

Mmmm ďgot to know whatís going onĒ is juuuuuuust so nice, hits me right in the parts. Got vibes of the trashy 80s FM r&b i heard in the backseat of that Toyota tercel, but with a reeeeeeeal self conscious sorta relateable dude vocal? Yeah, thanks, gonna explore this a bit

All the good ones

Think my last actual mix i did had some barry white unlimited love orchestra into everybody’s gotta hungry heart into memory tapes plain material

Some friekin stonerdoom, been into welcome to sky valley and jerusalem/weedian etc lately, just wish i could find bands with the low slow guitars but not too scrotey in the vocal. Like pallbearers pretty good.

Dunno. War on drugs. Used to like arcade fire. Used to listen to a lot of qtosa until josh Homme made me feel embarassed to listen to him. But self titled thru era vulgaris are still gonna be Secret faves?

margot and the nuclear so and so's are great too

try Talking in Code, A Light on a Hill Bleary Eyed Blue, Shannon

If you like those probably start with The Dust of Retreat for mellow or Rot Gut, Domestic for more 'rock' although it's not heavy by any means

I was walking by this restaurant nearby, wearing my Alcest shirt. These preppy fucks were sitting at a table, and after I passed one of them said, loudly so I could hear, "I thought it said 'incest' at first. Ha ha ha."

I curled my upper lip in a disdainful sneer. as I strode away full of contained rage. Those Anglo-Germanic swine!!
