I'm looking forward to growing fresh salad ingredients again. In my climate, little effort is required and the pay off is excellent. I'm going to try māche

that looks like a really good cold weather dish. reckon it'd be improved by some chilli flakes and lots of black pepper

We (well, T mostly) made stuffed poblano peppers last night. Black beans, quinoa, ground turkey, cotija, mixture of diced red peppers, tomatillo, onion, maybe a couple other things.

They were delicious

But we both felt their wrath all day today. Like really bad. Perhaps there was just too much going on.

this sounds amazing but i would have skipped putting more diced peppers inside of another pepper. stuffed peppers are one of my favorite things.

I am very nearly a vegetarian but not for any moral reasons. I simply don't care for the taste and texture of most meat, and digesting it is brutal. Fish and chicken are about all I can tolerate, every once in a while some ham or pork like a good jew. Fucking hate bacon and sausage though. Beef is a personal death sentence.

I am serious as fuck about it too and will pick meat off my plate like a five year old. Or off my pizza or even out of spaghetti sauce. The folks buying the food around here are huge carnivores, too. They always get me a box of cereal and a bag of apples so I'll eat something. I'm also addicted to lowfat vanilla ice cream....only thing that isn't drugs that cools down my stomach somewhat without being utterly atrocious for me.

My mom is the same way about meat.
I hope I don't turn out that way later down the line, because I LOVE me some meat

yup.

I actually partly got fat on cereal. Cause i just ate so much of it. I mean some of them have insane amounts of calories and i don't even eat the very sweet kind (like kid cereal, can't stand those). But with my eigestive problems now i can't deal with most of them anymore. Some, like today i had some honey bunches of oats, there's not too much fiber in there or at least not bran so i can sort deal with it

What i've eaten today so far: 3 dairy milk chocolate bars
4 Chocolate and Caramel Special K Pastry Crisps
And like 2 big bowls of Greek Yogurt Honey bunches of oats.

This is the kind of diet that had made me fat in the first place. I'm really fucking frustrated with life right now more than usual. That's what happens.
