Everyone's a comedian.
Not sure about rarest (aside from MII) but, no one knows how many grey Tristessa 7" singles are in circulation. Probably less than 100. I think they are an error from mixing the pellets that they used to make the pink vinyls with the typical black pellets or something like that. Same with the Siamese marble vinyls. |

there are more than 100 grey tristessas around, and it's been established that they were intentionally grey.
the siamese marbled vinyls were also intentionally marbled. the "rainbow" SD redbull is talking about it a UK one, and a one-off. something someone at the record plant made for himself. |

there was another copy of Machina II on ebay less than a year ago. it was there for a while. i was surprised it didn't sell faster.
i think the price was around $12-13,000, with the option to place lower offers. and i believe it got sold. |

if you want to find the rarest items, you should start looking into test pressings, and cd-rs.

MII of course, but i believe that a Daughter flexi would be quite rare and expensive too.

I knew I hadn't imagined that.
I bet it's pretty rare. I wonder whose shelf it is sitting on now? Did Monte consume it to gain Billy's powers? |

I once asked Quinto about how "rare" the "rare backstage-passes" and all that other shit on the ebay shop was. He never answered - but obviously the answer was that they had boxes full of the shit, so not 'rare' at all.
