It has no angst or youthful exuberance or anything. Just nice wholesome, simple music. Theres a real beauty in that.

It's just some old ass Canadian dudes creating music for other old ass Canadian dudes to enjoy.

You don't like "Nautical Disaster? (the 2nd video I posted by these guys)

Some of their earlier stuff, bit more upbeat and rocking. Probably more of your cup o' tea.

Nah, it's definitely punk oriented. Check out the "just flesh" live video I posted.

These guys kick ass and bring it live. These little hipsters bands should watch this shit and take some notes.

Elphenor might not be very bright but compared to you he's a supernova when it comes to having informed music opinions. He's ten years younger than you but you talk about music like someone five years younger than him.

Elphy reminds me of me when I was an insecure young kid when I first started hanging out with adult musician guys, I had my laundry list of "influential", "acceptable" bands that I'd wrangle off to everyone to try and sound cool... I probably even believed at the time that I was some cutting edge, "different" music fan... Oh how time has made me realize what I putz I was back then.

so you're argument to the fact you don't know shit even though you are older, is that you are indeed older. if you think the 90's were some sort of golden age i feel bad for you.

The 90's WAS a golden age... Especially when you compare it to the 2000's and the 2010's (so far)....

The 90's was the last decade that had an influx of fantastic bands... There hasn't been any outbreak of good bands in like 20 years, so I'd say it was pretty golden back then
