Post O'Rielly Factor wants to sue VH-1! Murderous rock star?

he was ranting on about some guy, i guess profiled in some VH-1 show, who killed a 14-month old baby but still is in a band?

wtf?

anyway, the Crusader wants to put a class action lawsuit on VH-1, which is his prerogative, but Im still trying to get the story straight. Anybody know anything about it?

vh1 had that special on a band in jail and their struggle to keep up a live perfomance; one of the guys murdered two teens a while back (if i remember right)

i think his and the families of the murder victims beef was vh1 making money off of publicizing and glorifying a murderer for cheap 'real life' tv entertainment

The O'Rielly Factor's always on at my house and I saw that episode....well those episodes. Basically, what he said, O'Rielly was enraged that VH1 was "glorifying" these murderers in this rock band playing from prison...makes sense to me.

ahhhh...ok. I thought maybe the rock dude was not in prison, or released or something. Makes sense now.

Considering the success of Flicerstick, Im sure VH-1 is getting really good at covering cutting edge bands. *ouch* no pun intended. honest. :/

I can't believe people actually defend Bill O'Rielly.
Jail isn't rehabilitation. It's punishment.

Oh, and uh, jail is rehabilitation and punishment. That's why they have vocational courses and big, heavy steel bars.

None of which are required.

The only "rehabilitation" that one will receive in prison is the fear of prison. Nothing more.
