it's kind of odd now that i think about it i guess, considering the eras they'd had before it, but yeah

bald guy with dark clothes & whatnot were the characteristics of the billy corgan i got into, & i never really thought too much about it until i saw the rocket video for the first time pretty much - then it was fairly "trippy"

There is also that spray can hair he could do, but as the show goes on his hair would start coming off.

so y'all know how he buzzed his hair very very short in the very beginning of october 95 (that one chicago radio interview with chris fabian sitting in), but he didn't shave it bald - SO THE STORY GOES - until SNL in november. supposedly in between dress rehearsal and show time he freaked out about how his hair looked and just got rid of it all (or tried to - if you look closely, he missed a couple spots). the dress rehearsal footage is available for viewing at the museum of television and radio in manhattan. supposedly
