the best 3 songs in order off of any Pumpkins album are:

Thru the Eyes of Ruby
Stumbline
XYU

Certainly the climax of Twilight to Starlight

I get sad when I think about how easily Take Me Down could have been replaced with Set the Ray.

I get sad when I think about how easily Take Me Down could have and should have been replaced with Set the Ray.

You're wrong, Muzzle rocks. Some of Billy's best lyrics there.

I think Stumbleine isn't talked much about.
By the way can anyone point me out to a live 1996 date where they play it? I looked at RSPAA and couldn't find it.

In the Arms of Sleep for sure. I think that was the first song on MCIS that I really fell in love with.

Oh, and just to add to the volume of this comment, it is Billy talking on Cupid de Locke.

yeah, these songs are so famous for being underrated that they're not really underrated anymore. pretty much totally different from any other SP work, yet fits in seamlessly and ends an epic album pretty much perfectly.
