The band recently invoiced the DoJ for $666,000, requesting royalties be paid for unauthorized use of their music.



“We never supported those types of scenarios,” Key said. “Because we make unsettling music, we can see it being used in a weird way. But it doesn’t sit right with us.”




I can't believe what Hetfield from Metallica says...what an idiot.

The Anti-torture Tour!


The irony is that it would be virtual round the clock loud extreme music. By definition of what the tour would protest against, they would be torturing their audience. Maybe Hetfield has a point after all.
