Nah, I've slipped a bit lately. I've still toned it down a lot and plan to continue to do so though.

You're confused. My point was dogs have evolved a lot more than cats have in the last 10 000 years. This is a proven fact. Reprise, simply take notice of how domesticated dogs have become and that alone showcases how much they've evolved in what is quite frankly a short period of time. If humans are the "gold-standard" in the animal kingdom, dogs have evolved to be more like us, which would indicate that the canine evolution is a positive one.

this is so fucking dumb I don't even know where to dig in. you have a very basic non-understanding of the concept of evolution

There's no pinnacle of evolution and humans certainly wouldn't be it

You may disagree with the idea that the evolution was a positive change, but there's no denying that they've evolved a lot more than cats have in the last 10-20 thousand years. If you try to argue that then I'd have to point out that you are in fact the dumb one.

It is. If you opened up a book once in awhile instead of sitting on buzz-feed reading sensational pop-culture drivel all day you might be able to learn that what I'm saying is the truth.

Sure there is. Scholars point to dogs to illustrate how canines are the most recent example to showcase clear evolution. Thus in the last 10 000 years, dogs have evolved more than their cat counterparts.

I feel like in your heart you actually know you are completely full of shit and don't even understand what you are saying, but you are too assheaded to 1) just not always spout off on things you have no knowledge of and 2) admit you are spouting off about things you have no knowledge of

The term you're looking for is artificial selection

Here's a little reading material for ya buddy

https://eveloce.scienceblog.com/10/d...ove-evolution/

"The dog story is an interesting demonstration of evolution at work. In an extremely short period of time, in evolutionary terms, the wolf evolved into the dog, including all of the great variety of dog types we have today. This is one evolutionary event that was not only watched by man, but indeed was driven by man."

You are not one who should be criticizing another mans intellect. The fact that you're mentally stimulated by Taylor Swifts music is merely one of many illustrations that demonstrate your lack of maturity...
