Many I see are gimmicky and decorated to look appealing and I just wonder where I'd spread out with laptop and schoolwork or paperwork. But I prefer small houses and abodes in general, and believe that most people can live in a home 1/2 the size of what they have. I see disgustingly huge homes pop up all the time here with two story living rooms and it's gross. Or having two fridges. I also think EVERYONE can and should compost. Or raise chickens. This can be and has been done in urban and suburban settings but nobody does it

I don't personally want to live off the grid but I think it's called homesteading sometimes. I can see the appeal. If all I were doing was tending to my basic needs I would probably be in great health.

There are a few plants that already do this but no, I don't have any original ideas rn. My last one was marketing autumn olives as a healthfood "superfood" but nobody would eat wasteland food and I don't believe in cultivating invasive species intentionally
