The Adore Demos I may or may not be cleaned up, they are separated. The Adore Demos II I have may or may not be cleaned, up, more likely not, as they are still full sides of the tape in single flacs.

Why would a 3% fast rip be desirable? If the machine can't play at the proper speed, what makes one think it would be of otherwise fine quality fidelity? Honestly, if there is a real reason, I'm curious to know. And "completeness" doesn't count as a reason.

It was the rip that most of us heard first, and a lot of people got used to the faster, more vinyl-y sounding versions of the songs and then found they preferred them to the newer rips.

it's desired because it's the first version many of us first listened and grew accustomed to.
the 'upgrades' always lacked a little something because they seemed slower then the faster 3% speed, and with the pitch a bit higher a bit and it translates into a more aggressive recording imho.
It's how i first knew and remembered this album to sound.
