technically, a "one-hit wonder" refers to a band that had one number one hit single and then failing to release any other singles that made the chart.

i'm a dumbass.
i meant people like this: technically, a "one-hit wonder" refers to a band that had one number one hit single and then failing to release any other singles that made the chart. like, white town had one hit, but their album is a neat buy. |
