Well you could definitely go to the authorities about him cyber-bullying (cyber-b0llying) you... most PD's don't take this kind of stuff lightly. His threats could actually land him in court, even if you don't seek a personal suit, there could easily be a civil one. You should see if there are any free legal resources in your area to consult with, there are often orgs around that aid LGBT on matters like this... just for advice, not to necessarily pursue. Honestly there is no excuse that kind of behavior, and it taking to a level beyond words. Violently threatening someone like this is illegal, plain and simple. Even if you don't pursue it, I wouldn't be surprised if the authorities do.
