These text shirts look better than the "handwritten" ones from the SP shop:

And this one looks good for the young-D'arcy clone...

Whoa, that's Jean-Baptise Greuze's original painting, "Fidelity," that they used for inspiration for the MCIS cover:

(plus the goofball zero on her forehead)

After all these years, I never realized that they lifted the image for the cover.

I'm a moron!

I've sort of been in and out of the loop with the whole D'arcy thing. But I just wanted to confirm that Billy never actually played with D'arcy or met with her face to face before planning/organizing this giant reunion tour?

Is that right?

According to D'arcy she invited Corgan to visit her, but he never did and he has never asked her to come to see him.

She even hasn't got informed by the band about the recording session in January, had to notice it by Instagram like us.

I knew it was inspired by a painting, but I didn't know it was such a dead-ringer. It's essentially the same image as the painting on the left.

Ya don't say?

My point was that it's obviously more alike the image on the left. It's the same head for crying out loud. The only thing similar with the painting on the right is the outfit and arm position.

Yeah, okay, I see that it's the same outfit.. Who cares? The main part of the painting is the face. Who cares about the outfit and how the arm is angled?

I mean, if someone were to ask me what painting the girl was taken from, I'm gonna mention the Jean Babtiste painting. I wouldn't even bother mentioning that the clothes and arm were taken from some other painting. It's not a very important thing to mention in the thick of the discussion.

Wow. I mean, it's just basic common sense to actually "reunite" when you plan a reunion, regardless of whether or not she's fit enough to participate in the whole tour.

I've got to re-read those alternative nation interviews again. I don't suppose there is full, uncut audio version anywhere?
