I completed a survey for iTunes ages ago, before iTunes Plus, and I told them I thought it was shit because it was full of DRM and had low quality audio (128 kbps). I also told them I was much more likely to go and buy a CD than buy music from the store. How that has changed since iTunes Plus arrived. I hate going to record stores. Balls to them though for not having any Radiohead, Beatles or Cold Chisel.
