Default I just got home from seeing stone temple pilots live

Scott Weiland's hyponotic gyrations and onstage antics were worth the 32.50 I paid. The entire band was great. They're just oozing with charisma, and not in a testosterone-driven way. They just fucking rock.

My ears are ringing and my throat is sore. And I touched Scott's knuckle hair.

They pretty much played all their singles and a few non-singles that I didn't recognize, because I'll shamefully admit that I don't own all their albums.

They played Dancing Days and Creep in a short little acoustic set. When dean picked up his acoustic and slide, he started fiddling around while Scott was BS'ing with the audience and he played the intro to Led Zeppelin's version of In My Time of Dying. I thought that was just awesome.

Question

It was at the House of Blues right? Isn't that place standing only?

Hard Rock Live.

GWAR played at H.O.B. tonight. That was a hard decision to make, I tell ya. Being drenched with fake blood fired from a massive strap on dildo vs. hearing good music. HMM. LET'S WEIGH THESE OPTIONS.

glad to hear you had a good time. Scott has always seemed to be....a different kind of guy...to me. I think it has a lot to do with the way he seems to become a different species on stage. Wish I could've heard Dancing Days....

only some dumbfuck fool who has no idea about good music would enjoy a predictable, drawn out, and spoonfeeding petty new set by STP. a great studio band. and just recently, a horrible, suck up, pathetic live band who caters to the dumbfuck fans(such as yourself) who dont even know the album cuts. it's rather funny.

You're happily married right?
That must be great.
I aspire for that myself.
Are your husband and yourself planning to adopt?

yeah, they're incredible live. I've always liked them since Core and found each cd at least enjoyable. I saw them live in August of 01 at the Rolling Rock Festival. Wayne and I were completely blown away by how good they are live, and the energy they have onstage. Good shit
