OMG TLC

I watched Toddlers and Tiaras for like three seasons. That has to out basic anyone here.

But Idol Moms is my new favourite. This Mum & daughter pairing is like my life story and parenting philosophy all in one...

oh, Toddlers and Tiaras, haven't thought about that one in years. I still remember even Makenzie's name, that show does some lasting damage.

never seen Idol Mom, is it the natural reaction to that clip to want to take a knife and give that mom a classic Joker smile, right after drowning her in a toilet?

omg that mum is amazing

Da Yeon is like, Mum, I want to be an idol. And the Mum is like "Don't you need talent to do that?" And Da Yeon says "I will practise" and her Mum is like "How long will that take?"

Then she comes to watch Da Yeon's audition and she's like "Terrible! She has no confidence! Why doesn't she have any confidence?!"

BRUTAL. I love her. She's like a real life Korean Lucille Bluth, minus the alcohol.

In the end she takes Da Yeon to the beach in the middle of winter, the water is frozen on the shore, and they walk to the end of a pier and the Mum screams into the wind and encourages Da Yeon to do the same, and then the Mum tells Da Yeon how much she loves her and how proud of her she is, and my face was like all wet and covered with tears (remembering the 2 days in my life that my Mum said she was proud of me)

Koreans have now mastered everything we invented in the west, including Reality TV...I waited with baited breath every week for a new episode of that show.

Basic? yes. I am very basic.

My current hat of choice is a nice Guns N Roses mesh-trucker hat but it's left me with a ton of wardrobe issues... Hear me out here.

When I'm wearing my GnR hat it incredibly restricts what t-shirts I can wear. If I'm wearing a GnR hat, I can't then also wear a GnR shirt, I'll look like a crazy fanatic, so that leaves out 5 of my GnR shirts that I can wear. I can't possibly wear one of my 3 Nirvana shirts if I'm wearing a GnR hat... Probably 99% of the people won't realize why it would be a thing, but there'd be that one guy "what a fucking square, how can he wear a GnR hat with a Nirvana shirt"... So that's 3 nice shirts I can't wear... It would look weird if I wore one of my 3 SP shirts with a GnR hat or any of the alt-rock/punk band shirts that I have with a GnR hat. If I wear one of my Motley Crue or Skid Row shirts, I'll look like a hardcore hair-metal guy, and that's not an image I wanna potray.

I didn't anticipate this initially, but really, band hats are just a bad idea.

double-you-tea-eff. i originally heard yanni throughout that entire slider without question. i then listened to the source audio of 'laurel' from vocabulary.com and after going back i now hear laurel for 3/4s of the that slider. that's fucked.

I barely even listen to Smashing Pumpkins anymore... Only Siamese Dream and MCIS every now and again. Yet I'm still heavily invested in the current happenings of the group

This is gonna get me tarred and feathered, I put MCIS on as I was on a walk the other day and a lot of the time I was just like "mehhhhh". Obviously it has it's moments and I'll probably love it again months down the road but I'm totally not in a SP phase right now.

Honestly though, let's be real, there's a lot of filler on MCIS isn't there? I mean a song like "we only come out at night" ehhhh..... not so good.

Maybe it's just that I've heard the record too many times.

Dookie is another one of those albums that doesn't sound nearly as amazing as I used to think it was. Still a fun record that I like though.
