Lullabies is a really underrated album. If you liked Rated R/SFTD, you shouldn't skip that one.

I mean, I'll vouch for any album in their discography, but that one sounds like it should be right up your alley, given your current level of interest in the band.

I only discover music through riot fest lineups now (yes that is how my JEW obsession started)

@ Flobes Yes lullabies is a deep spooky swamprecord. Lately I've been obsessed with "You've Got A Killer Scene There Man," it has a singular vibe not found in any other qotsa. Feel the opening moments conjure image of stumblin thru a crumbly door into a dank smoky din of iniquity; within, wild-eyed and white-haired/withered goblin folk of indeterminate age are cross-dressing, reciting Baudelaire, and/or drinking coors

And you've interrupted this weird orgy mid-climax, so the whole hoary crowd are eyes on u like wtf kid you in the wrong part of town now......

Head Like a Haunted House is fucking unbelievable.
I'm a huge Era Vulgaris fan so this is my jam. Best Queens album since Songs.

Like Clockwork sucked.

It slogs a bit towards the end but the guitar tone and psychedelic vibe makes EV incredible.

Only listened to this to see if Homme was still blending into Alex Turner and he sort of is, however surprisingly I didn't want to stop listening to it. Villains of Consequence is a great closer too.

"I saw him coming over and I was shooting away," she said. "He looked straight at me, swung his leg back pretty hard and full-blown kicked me in the face. "

She says she will file a police report.

He should go to jail. I got assault with a dangerous weapon for brandishing an apple peeling knife and dropping it.

This sort of behavior doesn't surprise me. Dude has always had a toxic vibe around him. Shame he's such a douchebag. He's like Billy Corgan in the dickhead to talent ratio, only difference is Josh's recorded output hasn't taken as big of a dip.

I've been worried about him for awhile now ... his most recent interviews and lyrics, if you spend enough time with them, consistently portray a gleeful addict racing enthusiastic toward ruin/death. I actually had to stop listening to the new album once I realized what it was all about

i posted about this a few months back on their reddit and without fail thirty fanboys jumped down my throat for questioning the mental health of their idol/savior

Too bad it takes something like this for people to wake up. It's not being "lost in performance," it's not rock and roll theater and it's not cool to be wasted on stage every fucking show you do. Alcoholism is a terrible disease. People get fucking HURT they fucking DIE, and not just the addict, either, but everyone around them is in actual physical/mortal danger, like this poor woman

If he makes financial amends, pays his legal price, and gets dry, there's hope. But I have a bad feeling about this

Legit surprised he hasn't been arrested yet

There's video evidence that would appear to prove crim negligence (if not worse) and LA county loves nothing more than showing they don't treat celebs any differently

Enjoy the first 3 albums but haven't cared much since then. Sounds like the prick is on his way to losing his family if he doesn't slow down and seek help.

Appels and oranjes. QOTSA make a different type of music and in their prime (1998 through 2005) they were pretty much the best game in town.

It's also worth noting that, up until recently, Josh has been a "fun" asshole.

I sincerely doubt Billy has been tolerable for a single day in his life.
