The Grand Jury got a double dose of corroborating eyewitness testimony from a known crank and liar that was discredited by the FBI.

if this is true, and the Police dept knew this woman as a liar with a history of interfering with prior police cases, why did the prosecutor call her to testify to the Grand Jury?

Because the prosecutor was openly acting as a defender.

Oh hey, another 18 year old got shot by Ferguson PD. There were two guys and one pulled out a gun and one got shot and the other ran away. Doesn't seem particularly controversial. CNN's all over it. This one needs no attention. Handgun aimed at officer

Edit: Dude was alive for 30 minutes after being shot, ambulance not called.

At least there's evidence in this case that the cop didn't use unreasonable force. The Brown murder had zero concrete evidence that Wilson acted in self defense, and plenty of evidence that the story was fabricated. Haven't any of these old white people seen 12 Angry Men?
