Pretty well, thanks. No signs of relapse or anything (despite how the above posts might seem). Not up to that much, still adapting to more freedom, etc. I'll be spending Christmas with my family for the first time in a long while, so that should be good. Hope you're well.

Thanks, I'm doing well. Enjoying some time off between semesters.
I think we talked before about you possibly being institutionalized and having problems reintegrating... do you think that's happening, or is most of it just "normal" adjustment? I mean, I spent upwards of 3 weeks at a time inpatient, and just doing things like driving again after that time and being around sharp objects etc was hard - I can't imagine months/years inpatient. Sorry if this is too personal - you of course don't need to answer. |

Well, I don't mind you asking. For a while it actually made me more anxious having more freedom and not having everything done at a set time, when I should've felt relief. Also, I rarely had to shop or cook in hospital, so there's practical stuff like that. I'm getting back into things, though, and I'm hoping next year will be a good one.
