I suppose the advice is a bit more complex than just "Only listen for one hour.." but what am I meant to do, read the whole of articles before I post them?!

I have to say nowadays and for years now i don't think i do an hour a day in average.
On the other hand....there's music in everything right? If i play a game i'm technically listening to music...when i watch a film at least half the time its on.... I come to the conclusion it is actually technically impossible almost to not listen to one hour of music a day.... unless you do nothing at all. |

I get my hour of music just walking back from work.
When I'm home my laptop is ALWAYS on shuffle on itunes. I couldn't even begin to calculate how many hours of music I listen on average, but it's a lot. |
