I love coffee. Moccona and international roast.
I used to like tea. Then bolly said I had to like his tea or no reissues for me. Now I don't like it. |

I had a nice coffee today. Triple shot large mocha with two tsp raw sugar - at the airport of all places.
It really comes down to the milk, if they scald it, it's rubbish. Steaming milk is an art and very few have mastered it. If I have the option, then I'll go for a single origin - Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, like LDS though. It's the best, no contest. Exquisite. But how often does anyone get that. Not often. And well roasted, freshly ground, and well extracted? Maybe a few times a year. |

i like the french press, but lately i've been mostly using an italian coffeemaker... i drink small cups at a time, always black.
at work we have these espresso makers that automate everything... but we don't use any of the bitter kind of espresso beans... special blend, it's kind of expensive, and i can't understand how we justify the price of quality beans when most people make them long as hell, and then add lots of cold milk. i used to make drip in the morning but nobody is left who drinks it too (i guess i make it too strong), and i can't justify maintaining it because it's one of those restaurant things where you always keep hot water in a second compartment, ready to drip again. there is one coffee place in particular nearby that makes extraordinary coffee but i never feel like spending 2-3 $ for a cup, know what i mean? |

somehow i came into possession of a french press which i start using after the coffee pot broke. i enjoy the process. once you dial in the perfect temperatures and times, it becomes the best coffee i ever drank.

I used to have a french press, the problem is I always break them
I have to have my coffee in the morn, or else I will go postal then I get to work, and we have really good locally roasted beans sleepytime is awesome, I usually make hot toddies with that and brandy when I get sick oh, and I have an espresso machine but still haven't tried it. Need to buy beans and I'm broke. Also I was a barrista for some years and I know this thing is probably going to disappoint me. |

I like coffee but only drink it in the morning these days, and I find if I drink more than two or three cups I feel a bit sick. I had to quit energy drinks completely because they make me feel hungover about ten minutes after.

I've been drinking tea these last few days. I drank some white peony/bai mudan and it was delicious. I felt like it was intensely caffeinated too. Now I am sick and need to stay away from stimulating beverages and get some rest

I drink a lot of tea. I used to love Earl Grey but haven't had any in ages. I do love ice tea, though.

For years I needed 3-4 beers to be sociable, but I couldn't stop at that stage and invariably turned into a bit of an asshole. I have had to learn to socialize without booze and I am getting better at it, I suppose. I always craved a quick fix but a quick fix never tackles the underlying problems, as health professionals are wont to say

For me, alcohol helped clear my head and narrow down my thoughts, so I suppose it helped in a "technical" sense as well, in that my speech was more coherent and my voice more confident.
What about a speech therapist? |

Yeah, I seem to recall you spoke fine on there, but maybe you'd had the requisite amount of coffee?
