they're trying the slender man stabbing girls as adults, 12 also, which is bullshit. Morgan Geyser's dad is a schizophrenic and she clearly either is one or has similar kinds of mental problems. As for Anissa, it's clear she just went along with it and realises now what she's done. She's apparently a model of good and even compassionate behavior in the juvenile detention center where she is held. Thankfully for them the stabbed girl didn't die so that will probably factor in when comes sentencing. They just need psychiatric help and guidance, not to be in jail. That's what most if not all 12 years old killers need in fact.
