It's the way to go as far as I'm concerned. This local shoppe I go to makes this chipotle dipping sauce and it's so good. And If I don't have dipping sauce I usually just use ranch dressing.
so you were that kid in elementary school

my pizza did have a lot of cheese like probably twice as much as the last regular one i got. usually i can eat a whole pizza (i don't usually but i definitely could). this time though, no way. so much food.

like i prob eat it the rest of it tomorrow with some vegetables and that's all i'll need

hey i work there. i still maintain it's the least shitty mass produced pizza

even on gourmet pizza more cheese is better. the thing you don't want on gourmet pizza is more toppings cause then they just mask the good foundation of a pizza -- dough/sauce/cheese/good oven. any idiot can chop peppers or put pepperoni on something

i straight up dislike pizzas with too much cheese.

it's all about subtlety. it's such much better when you have a pleasant, thin skin of cheese, with occasional small holes where the tomato sauce comes through. it's much more balanced and flavorful that way.

when you have a pizza that's covered with a 2 inch wall of cheese it just fucks up the ratios, disrupts the balance, makes everything overly chewy, stuffy, and is too fat. two bolly thumbs down out of two.

a good pizza to me is a

a) good dough base
b) tasteful ratios between the different elements
c) three toppings tops, and preferably less (unless they really are a match made in heaven and not random stuff one happens to like independently)
d) nice, faint olive oil/basil scent
e) inhumanly powerful oven to blast it all on 500 degrees celsius

the only pizza joint that decently pulls off the "wall of cheese" pizza is Pizza Hut

and that's so greasy i can only have one once every 3 or 4 years

i don't eat meat, and for much of my childhood i was a picky eater so i was never into toppings

any 2-4 topping combo of spinach/onion/tomato/bell peppers is good

pizza hut cheese is great. i think they're the only chain that does stuffed crust also

most of their pizza is subpar unless you get the smallest size pan possible - then the whole thing gets nicely fried. every other size just gets soggy and pathetic in the middle, and is only worth it if it's stuffed crust

You guys in America ever seen "king ranch" f150s? Besides being gross and never seeing anyone use these new and chrome covered monstrosities for actual work, which is reserved for old toyotas or rangers, I don't know how any of these people can support the king ranch. It has taken millions of subsidies from the farm bill coffers to grow a small amount of cotton because they have great lobbyists. But these (usually conservative) fellows lap it up despite this being a lame dude ranch that markets their name out to companies so stupid dude bros buy their stuff

If the farm bill money should go to anything it should be food (not corn or soy either). Not dude ranches with 5 star accomedation.

Btw king ranch is also where dick Cheney shot a guy because they rent out land to hunt animals on. Why not hunt and eat deer as part of the solution to an overpopulation problem here in NJ? More challenging but plenty of people do this. They're the rednecks I respect

i had heartburn so bad last night i could feel it all the way in my nose and also it made my asthma bad. for whatever reason when i get like that it produces weird mucus that is like gurgely in my throat but i'm not able to cough it up, it's really weird. it reminds me of the death rattle sound people make when they are dying because the mucus builds up in their throat\

edit: apparently it's referred to as gurgling in the throat and it's a common symptom of severe acid reflux
