How many different ways can you spell lie?

I know this is an utterly stupid question, but I'm in the middle of an 8 page paper which I've been working on all day, I'm braindead and can hardly keep my eyes open (my bedtime is usually around 10pm because I have to get up so early for work).... I'm trying to say "strengths and weaknesses lie/lye/lay..." blah I know I'm not spelling that right, but for the love of god I can't get my brian to work anymore.
