Hey man, just started reading through the first few pages of The Land of win thread. Was "The Land Of win" a title that you made up yourself? If so, It would be kind of curious that Billy would decide to call his album that after the curious events that had taken place.

It could be more likely though that someone from Netphoria was reading your posts and then hacking your account and sending you that 70 message just to fuck with you and that it had nothing to do with Billy.

When I first came upon the term and meaning of the Noosphere, I used it in a lyric for the song Wizard of Oz. More accurately, the term chose me for that because of all the songs I've written, that's the one I can't really claim on my own. It came down whole in an instance and took twenty minutes to finish in real time. Haven't had one like that before or since.

It fit the moment for my brothers wedding, so in lieu of a speech as best man, as a surprise, I did the song. 2 1/2 years later as the band Cancel is living in L.A. and getting offered blood contracts from major label headhunters that we kicked to the side, my brother and his wife have their first child on my birthday. That's when the God-head Universal Source reflected to me music wasn't that golden carrot I was chasing and almost got a hold of, it was that little moment at the wedding...and for that, you'll have a yearly reminder of what magic of music is truly all about.

Something about vibrations of the heart resonating frequencies that reach the Noosphere...

But you mention getting an e-mail seemingly sent from yourself with just a number inside?

That's happened to me before too. I'd get emails from my own address. It was some kind of popular virus that was going on at the time. I'd also get it from people on my friends or whatever too who didn't send it and it would just be gibberish or some shit inside.

As someone mentioned, you guys are probably just like-minded folk, and Billy mentioning the Y2K thing and all that was likely nothing more than a coincidence

Hey man, I don't mean to come across as insensitive. The email stuffs odd for sure, but it's as if you're taking a lot of leaps of faith here.

Now the fact that he would name his solo album so close to your poem and thread, that's certainly the oddest part of all.
