I can't believe that you guys dont like That's the way yet. You watch.......it's going to be the next Stand Inside Your love!! Great song! I think it will sound so much better on the cd.

I know. When it kicks in I want to start singing "It was there when I saw you YEAH!...."

I don't have enough experience with them to rank them.

but United States is my favorite right now. I love everything about it.

it sounds like a zwan leftover. i can imagine a piano version in my head, and it's gorgeous, but they'll never play it that way.

These are exactly my thoughts, as the next SIYL is how I described it alot of times already, if you once fell in love with the SP sound, then it's hard for me to understand you don't like That's The Way...

What I don't understand is how so many people can rank neverlost so far down their lists. I think it's fantastic.

1. That's The Way
2. Gossamer
3. Signal To Noise
4. Starz
5. Neverlost (have to listen to it more)
6. United States
7. Bleeding The Orchid
8. Tarantula

10. For God & Country

decided to try not to listen anymore to the new songs untill the album comes out, so 7 Shades of Black will be a surprise (hope I'll be strong enough)

yep! this happened with TFE. I already had 80% of the album by the release date, so buying it was an afterthought. Maybe this is the rationale behind the analness of the band in protecting against leaks this time. However, notice nobody's harassing anyone to leak the album anymore since the gigs...

That's why the Trail of Dead is one of my favourite bands, their sound always seemed heavily influenced by the Pumpkins, hence "Caterwaul" of Worlds Apart

This burning, it wouldn't involve a metaphorical inferno of a lifetime of lies would it?

1) Gossamer - Fucking Love It! This is the song that makes me think, "the old Pumpkins are back"
2) Bleeding The Orchid - If Adore would have rocked, then this song would have been on the rocking version of Adore.
3) For God and Country - I dislike the religious overtones of the song, but I've really come around on it after listening to it the last few days.
4) Doomsday Clock - I think the lyrics for this song really are probably the best way to start Zeitgeist off.
5) Signal To Noise - Now if only we could get the Pumpkins version. ;O
6) Neverlost - Feel good song.
7) Tarantula - The album version. I think Billy's vocals on this song in the live versions sound like utter shit. I'm not sure why, because actually he sounds well on all the other songs.
8) United States - Because it rawks!
9) That's The Way - I'm liking this song more and more. It's sweet. Kind of Adoreish.
10) 7 Shades of Black - Pretty good rock song. I bet the album version will be even better than the live performances.
11) Starz - I liked this song the first two days, but then I very quickly grew sick of it.
