billy and jimmy talk in low voices to each other all the time like they are sharing secrets. they are condescending to jeff and ginger. bc/jc share inside jokes w/ each other loudly enough for the others to hear and obviously not get. a lot of these jokes involve german accents. jeff is a timid crybaby and easily gets frustrated. ginger is moving too fast (career/life wise) but is a good bass player. she's been getting drunk a lot, and bc/jc resent her hubby bcos of this. bc/jc wish lisa was the bass player and want ginger gone, esp now that she is married. lisa is always the first to arrive and the last to leave. billy looks to her as a mother-figure. not healthy. jimmy is the new unelected bandleader.
