Weird smells you smell on people

At my job I have to sit next to people and help them with math, and I'm alright with that but some people have the foulest odors coming off of them, and while I probably don't smell like a field of blooming lilacs, I doubt I smell as awful as these people.

Imagine someone smelling like an ashtray full of spent cigarettes that has been rained on which has then has sat in direct sunlight for a week.

Or a person who smells like dirt weed and a garbage disposal.

Or someone who smells like burnt feces and hair.

Most people smell alright. One of my favorite smells on a person is apple shampoo. But other people. Jesus Christ. I don't want to judge but sometimes it's enough to never want to help them.

the worst one is when they just smell like they've been sitting in an enclosed space without air conditioning for two weeks. just straight up BO without a reason besides neglecting to wash or change clothes.

sometimes i get disgusted by people but i was one of those people for a long time because of depression so i try to be gentle with them.

Yeah this. You only have to be in their vicinity and it's so overpowering that it makes me want to get the fuck away from them.

I always find it kind of funny when I can smell weed on someone. Especially if they're kind of arrogant/dickish/aggressive.

when i worked as a security guard around 7 years ago, this one time they sent a guy over to cover a shift instead of the guy i was supposed to work with. i didn't know him but as soon as he got within like 3 feet of me a wave of stench hit me so hard, it was just unavoidable

he smelled like sweat and urine and got knows what else. it was so strong i'm pretty sure i didn't manage to repress my disgust, and later i had to find ways to avoid sitting next to him the entire shift.

also there is a perfume i occasionally smell on women that is so weird i have initially mistaken it for body odor. not sweat, but the way somebody smells bad after a long sleep in a closed room

yeah it's like a musk of some kind, just weird and kinda foul.

probably has a lot to do with the skin type. but i've smelled it on at least two different persons so it's the basic fragrance as well

I try to treat people that smell bad or have weird physical deformities sorta like I try to treat celebrities when I meet them. I just turn a blind eye to the elephant in the room.

Unless they smell like vomit or are shit celebrities. I get all punchy about that stuff

I frequently have to share a lift (elevator) at work with people who smell like:

1- Stale piss (strange as it's a 20-something male)
2- Sweat (years of armpit juice soaked into shirts)
3- General musty unwashedness (the festival mud smell when things get damp and you can't dry them out before having to wear them again)
4- A fire in a tobacco factory

i had a couple yesterday who came through my line... i didnt smell them, but two other employees did and mentioned it to me. you could def tell by looking at them that they didnt wash much. it's hard to see a depressed couple like that. but they seemed to really love each other, conversation including the man calling the woman the best wife anyone could have

i always associate my maternal grandmother with the smell of powdery makeup and perfume. even today i love the sweet aroma of a little old lady who wears too much makeup.

it's been getting really fucking hot here lately and one of my good friends has b.o. issues. i dont know how the guy can't smell himself. he showers a lot but he doesnt use deodorant everyday nor does he wash his clothes very often. it's one thing to smell like that at the end of the day, but he'll get out of the shower and put on a gross-ass shirt and smell disgusting. by the time i get home from work i'm drenched in sweat and can smell myself and hop in the shower as soon as i'm in the door. i shower again after the gym then again when i get to work bc the commute is swampy. i also cover myself in baby powder and spray deo to try and keep it in check.

other smells: chinese. i dont know how else to describe it. some people just smell hella chinese. its like a mothball breath kinda smell.

i like when people smell like laundry.

my skin always smells like maple syrup. it's weird.
