Hey, guys. I'd like to apologize for insulting your favorite band. The Smashing Pumpkins are not that bad. They can actually do some pretty good stuff if they put their mind to it. I'm sorry. Can you guys ever forgive me?

i went to a show in nyc in 96 with the giant daisy flowers in the background on stage and I waved to Darcy and she saw me and she waved back. I love Darcy...and James was there but I wasnt on his side of the stage I was between Darcy and Billy and probably just stared at BC most of the time. I love James too. I threw a rose on stage and BC crushed it on his head during singing silver* and it was neat ... I have a picture of BC in his pajamas from the acoustic part of that concert ...and there was snow on the ground. Aside from the solo concert this was the best and most awesome SP show that I went to and will mostly likely always remember

I'll second Hummer, that was the one song in the Pumpkins catalogue that I hope to god they play in Asheville.

I agree.
Two huge fan favorites.
I hope they play both of these in Asheville.

I would love to hear Home too, but I would much rather hear the other two.

Very interesting that one of your favorites was a 10 minute song (maybe more live) you had never heard before. I think we're in for something great with this one...

I just imagined how much madness this is if you have to start from the beginning.
Sorry.

Hmph. I'm really quite pleased with this setlist, with one minor complaint: if Annie-Dog was *******d to show off the new keyboardist, I would rather they had gone with MCIS for that purpose. Otherwise, I personally see little to bitch about here, and I'm pumped to see them.
