I like iha. I hope billy LET him contribute. For me billys sound is too dry since 2000. Id love to hear more depth

Either way though, I think it reflects poorly on Iha. It's either he contributed and it really sucks, or he did jack shit and is fine with the band hyping his playing on a song that he didn't do anything on.

These guys have been out of the limelight for so long as it is. I don't understand why they didn't get together to spend some real time with one another to reconnect and write and develop some new music that they can be truly proud of as opposed to hyping the fuck out of a Monuments To An Elegy throwaway.

I don't think anyone can argue that this isn't a shameless, by the book cash-grab. I guess they're entitled to it. It just pisses me off though because Billy spent sooooooooo many years posturing and shitting on other bands for doing things that in hindsight are much more respectable than what he's doing now.

No, but it may have me debating who is the better band on the Pumpkins & Nickelback set of shows

Iha hasn't spent years talking about how he's one of the songwriters of a generation and a misunderstood genius, while releasing mediocre album after mediocre album. He has the right to play on as many shitty songs as he wants to.

What the hell is Jimmy even doing in that photo. Looks like he's praising the sun or some shit.
