Who you like for tomorrows game man?

I'm thinking the Cubbies, even though I don't exactly trust Hendricks , I'm just not digging Washingtons offense right now, and I think the Cubs should be able to handle Gio this time around.

oh shit nice! jelly that you took the ML

i can't argue with that for the WS. both teams look great. dodgers have been incredible this year, no way they aren't winning the pennant

for tomorrow, i feel the same way i did about today. WSH has momentum now, chicago just won a championship

True, I think I'm gonna bet sparingly on that one. But I think the Cubs have the upper hand in the bullpen and the much better offense. As soon as Hendricks shows a struggle Maddons gonna pull the hook. Gios been good, but he's so volatile man... You just never know when he's gonna gas-can it up.

If you wanna add to your bet with a little parlay action, bet Winnipeg Jets tomorrow in the NHL. Vancouver Canucks are shit this year and have so far been overvalued. I think Jets roll tomorrow.

I also like how the lines are reacting for the MLB game tomorrow. The overall money and wagers coming in seem to be on the Nats, and despite that fact, the lines growing in the Cubs favor (even as they're on the road). That's a good indication that the experts are expecting the Cubs to prevail.

Oh no, nevermind. I haven't been following that series all that much. Most of the games I've caught were in the Yanks/Indians Dodgers/Dbacks

Word has it that Jimmy plans to stand in for the dead octopus that called all those World Cup results.

ughhh... Thankfully I didn't bet on game 6, but I had every intention on betting on the Stro's today, and then for some reason, at the last minute, I decided to bet the Yanks....

I kept on thinking that it might come down to a bullpen matchup, and in that situation I figured the Yanks had the upper hand...

I only lost 40 bucks. I probably wouldn't have bet on it it all, but I was heading to a nearby pub with a couple friends and wanted the extra excitement as I watched the game.

It was a spur of the moment bet though. I wish I did a few minutes of research. I had no idea McCullers was ripped and roaring and ready to go.

Kahnle also looked like shit... fuck... Wish I had stuck with my original hunch.

Hey Ram, I have a winner for you tomorrow dude.

GREEN BAY +3.5

My mentor had a rule that he lived on... ***whenever a team plays the first game after a star contributor gets injured, they'll always cover***

This is only applicable when it comes to Football and Basketball, but all signs from the "reverse line movement" suggest that Green Bays the play.

It's a Sharp play. All of the Squares are betting on New Orleans.

Fuzz, you catch this story yet?

"Tiger Woods Of Poker" Loses Landmark Lawsuit For Cheating In Mayfair Casino

the casino said Phil Ivey was 'edge sorting', if he was, holy shit. It would help to have eye-laser surgery to get 'em at 20-15:

"Edge sorting is a technique used in advantage gambling where a player determines whether a face-down playing card is likely to be low or high at casino table games by observing and exploiting subtle unintentional differences on the backs of some types of card, after persuading a croupier to cooperate by unwittingly sorting the cards into low and high…(the technique) requires the player to trick the croupier into rotating cards. Many packs of cards produced by manufacturers have unintentional edge irregularities. Typically all the backs of the cards in such a pack are identical, but the two long edges of each card are consistently distinguishable: the pattern is not symmetrical to a 180° rotation (half a full turn)."

...

the court agrees Ivey was doing this -- does not pass go, does not collect his 7.7 million pounds.

its a remarkable case to claim his manipulation of the dealer is cheating though he never actually touches the cards. Ivey's claim is the casino didn't do enough to protect itself from pro gamblers. Either way, it's an interesting take on getting the effect of see-through glasses for playing cards. That's some next level shit right there...

You boys watch that baseball game last night?!?! Holy shit! That was fun!

Thank goodness I had the Stro's! I had a little sprinkled on the Astros RL as well and was pissed when that scrub hit a 2 out jack to make it 7-6 at the end of the game.... Ball was fucking flying out of there. Still an awesome game to cash in on though. Thought I was screwed once Verlander gave up that 2 run jack to Seager.

Didn't bet on the game last night...

On the Stros' tonight though. Not feeling strongly about it, but I've liked what I've seen out of Morton.

Currently game still at 0-0. Wood looking good too.

Lol one of my favorite victories in recent memory for sure. I thought once Jansen was on that it was dunso. The Astros have just a ridiculously good offense though. Good pitching is always the equalizer, but there's only so long you can keep them down.
