why would you throw demos and covers together? you're making things more complicated than they should be.

as for demos, the list is long. i wouldn't make a list of songs, but rather of demo tapes, etc. (some overlap, and it's not a complete list either)
- smashing pumpkins
- moon
- reel time studios
- reel time studios (acoustic session)
- qaos
- billy's gravity demos i
- 666
- mcis demos i
- mcis demos ii
- mcis demos iii
- adore demos
- adore b-sides
- machina acoustic demos
- faeomm
+ some stuff like i fall or some demos off mashed potatoes

isn't there a demo of Tear still out there to go along with the Eye demo (both were submitted as possibilities for the lost highway soundtrack, if I remember correctly)? I would love to hear both of these if they ever leak.

1. does it exist? (dunno.)
2. if it exists, do you think it will have any other tracks than already available on the other demo tapes, such as moon, the 5-track sampler, and others? (i don't think so.)

I'm impressed with myself today. The only one I don't have is 666, and that's cuz the only copy I've found/pursued is the shitty one on RSPAA.

Hey, with respect to the SPVC, for the tracks that are also released on CD (say La Dolly Vita for example) are they any different in this rip, other than maybe sounding like they are ripped from a record?

oh, but I had forgotten, this Tristessa is the single version, how exciting! Nice, save me from having to buy a turntable to listen to my own copy.

yep, i am one (limited potential) and tristessa (sub pop) are the only ones.
you put it a bit weird though. there's an i am one single with the gish version too.
and the different i am one and tristessa were recorded before they started on gish.

oh, and if you want to, you could also add peel sessions' siva to the different versions.
