i got a dry socket when i got my shit out a few months ago. it sucked hardcore

before that developed, i def felt better with the teeth out than in. random toothaches and shit. i barely had to take any ibuprofen, let alone vicodin for the few days after extraction until the dry socket developed.

but the dry socket was pretty bad. i've had worse sustained pain, but when they would pack it i'd have little 3-4 second windows of the worst pain i've ever had that wasnt uh, deliberately inflicted. but then it'd stop hurting completely for about 10 hours. eventually it wasnt worth the packing anymore.

i didn't smoke, use straws or anything. just be careful if you smoke and take it easy, you'll be alright.

i swear to god nosy tools just troll the ask sites on the internet for this topic to passively aggressively mention that golly you might as well quit or get a patch lol smoking r bad

you know there's something insanely stupid about trading something fun in for a patch that costs more and doesn't help you to do anything but quit the fun thing

i guess you don't get lung cancer from a patch but w/e

:[ I don't understand why a dry socket should hurt, because the entire nerve is gone with the tooth. I will never get another root canal again. All of that suffering for nothing!

hard to beat a mcdonald's double cheeseburger plain

i really feel like the ketchup, onion dust and especially the pickles completely compromise the burger

i'm usually not very picky about what's on my food but man it's always disappointing when i get a DCB and there's ketchup and shit ruining it

which means that's what i get about 25% of the time

I like their iced coffee if they make it right. It has to have extra caramel and cream in it, other wise it tastes awful.
