Apparently a lot of good bands were featured in Pete and Pete like The Magnetic Fields. I liked it back in the day, but I didn't appreciate how incredibly unique and cool it was, it's still genuinely entertaining.

i liked how they managed to retain their 'out there' surreal mindset while being anchored by the same plot foundation in every single episode. I mean, sometimes they would go to italy. sometimes they would fly in a balloon, i dont fucking know whats next.

you know we got to give pinky some credit here i mean he might be the comic relief with his goofy antics and observations, but he is pretty much the second smartest mouse around, he fucking learnt the complexities human language, upgraded well beyond his basic communication skills.
