ok, ive never listened to any of those but pixies. so i guess MA is pretty good, i just dont like any of the bands, or havent paid them any attention.

heh. i was thinking the same as you. until he said the pixies. all i could think of was...uh aerosmith? godsmack? i had NO idea they (the pixies) were from mass. wow. where have i been? now im happy.

wrt the beatles, have you ever heard lennon's/mccartney's/harrison's solo stuff? it's a little unfair to lump them all in together and say that all they contributed was in "the beatles"
