Where and when did these come out? Are they a part of a larger batch of leaked songs? What's the story?

All leeks from the past few years have been from the same mysterious giant folder of songs. At this point they are all out there.

Huh?
I always thought that Sleeping Giant & Strength In Numbers were MCIS outtakes that didn't make the reissue. Due to the fact they were leaked around the same time as Arms Of Sheep and because, you know, they're both solid songs I could easily imagine on TAFH.
