I haaaated bacon long before I became a vegetarian. I never understood wtf people taste in it. It leaves a bad taste in one's mouth and the smell of it cooking it is... not appealing. Also, breakfast sausage.

I don't know if this is considered even an opinion but I cannot fathom loving an animal, especially loving them "like family". My mind just cannot get there.

I feel like a monster saying this but people get super duper emotional about animals and it blows my mind. Obviously let's not hurt animals or whatever but them getting hurt or abused is no more sad to me than a human being abused.

It's entirely possible I hold such a neutral response like this because I never bonded with an animal growing up.

Seinfeld and Game of Thrones are boring shows. I like pineapple pizza and super well done burgers. Mental health awareness posts on Facebook are annoying and unhelpful. People that think the human race should go extinct to better our world are THE WORST.

I bonded with pets like family until I had a kid--now pets just seem like... animals. It's weird. I'm sure when my son is older I'll gravitate back towards having pets again.

The thing with animals for me is:

1. I've never been let down, hurt or emotionally damaged by an animal, unlike people.

2. Animals in general are innocent by nature, unlike people.
