Oh yes, I read that. That sounds LOVELY.

I also wanted my ticket stubs so mine are being mailed. We can meet up. I really appreciate it!

So is ticketmaster.com down? Did the SP Nation crash their servers?

Sounds good. I'm so suspicious of "Standard Mail" and there was no way I was paying an extra $20 for the damn UPS or whatever. hah. I'm paranoid.

Yeah, understandably! Luckily they have a thing that's like "if they haven't showed up within 2 weeks of the show give us a ring" and if you have your receipt it's no big deal.

Thanks!! Girlfriend will be happy. And hopefully so will you.

So were any PIT tickets sold as part of the pre-sale? or do those all go on sale Saturday?

I tried for pit tickets for the first 10 minutes, gave up and looked for lower level tickets, bought one in sec203 rowCC. I've been trying every 15 minutes for pit tickets, but still get nothing. Did anyone score pit tickets during the pre-sale? This is ridiculous.

I still can't access Ticketmaster.com. I think my IP was blocked due to trying too many times or some shit.

If anyone's interested, I'm still able to pull a single ticket in section 105, row P. Just search for level 100. I tried pulling 2 or 3, but could only pull a single

But yeah, let's totally meet up. I've never been to the Nokia theatre before, but I know that there's not much directly around it... unless you wanna meet up in Arlington or somewhere else in GP
Zach said he wouldn't recommend going anywhere in gp... but that there's a lot of places near 360 that are good.

I don't know gp at all... all I know is central Arlington and west Ft. Worth. Maybe I will know the area better by then though, as I'll have lived there a few months then.

Me either. Part of me thinks that they didn't put the pit in pre-sale. Did anyone get pit tickets? I didn't read the first two pages.

We totally should all meet up. I don't think Turalyon likes me much tho. :/
LOL the internetn is stupid, I'll be nice in real life. I'll be with my gf and another friend from dallas, that'd be fine if we all met up. Too bad the show is like 6 years away.

The way it looks I don't think anyone got pit...The whole I-tunes presale thing was a damn scam...The people who didnt order early will end up getting better tickets than us....what's the damn point?

203 BB and 203 EE.

sure looks like 203 was a popular section for the pre-sale.

sigh...yea, thats what i was thinking....i bet if you try saturday thats when the bulk of the pit and orchestra seats will be sold (for this and other shows).

then again on the other hand, is it possible that we are underestimating the demand and there were plenty of pit tix sold......just really fast?

i mean London sold out in minutes. And so did Asheville and San Fran. I'm just saying...

Bingo.

Even if they released 1/4th of the pit tickets, we (as a board) may have never landed them. There is a surprisingly large amount of Pumpkins diehards out there.

Also, even if they didn't put pit tickets in the presale - we never would have gotten them anyway. Well, maybe one of us. When I saw the Pumpkins in Houston in '00, it sold out in three minutes. I bet there are like 500 pit tickets, maximum. Put it in perspective, and pit is very unlikely.

I'm totally satisfied with my seats though. Pit kinda sucks anyways... all that standing up... it's for the young folk *croak*

So who's been to this place? How's the sound?

Geo said she saw stereolab there and the sound was good. Sppunk says this place sucks but didn't say why.

Isn't the Nokia what used to be Nextstage? I've never been there, but I remember hearing about Nextstage all the time.

Talking

I'm slightly weirded out by the fact that I'm actually going to meet some netphorians. I've been here since 99 and haven't met anyone yet.
