I saw Spiral Stairs of Pavement in a bathroom a few weeks ago and didn't say anything while his friend was joking about him buying me my next beer. Spiral laughed at me and I should have asked if it was him.

I would say that me seeing Tech N9ne on the street while I was a hot dog vendor and serving him a bratwurst was worth a mention, but he's not that well known and the fact that I live in Kansas City kinda makes it north really worth a mention.

Also, I shook hands with Claudio Sanchez from Coheed and Cambria. they had played an acoustic breakfast show in the morning and I went to see it after work. Then they played a concert that night. I saw him before the concert and told him that I was at the earlier set and really loved their music.

Oh, yeah, and in 2001, we were driving around and we saw the lead singer and the tall lanky white dude from Sum 41 walking down Main Street with their manager (I'm guessing). We couldn't decide between us if it really was them, so we turned around and drove by them and asked them if they were in a band. They were kinda shy and said "yeah." I'm guessing they were in town for that year's Warped Tour.

And Fred Durst came into Krispy Kreme back in 2002 when I worked there. He came in with a bunch of dudes in suits. As he was leaving, I went out and was like, "you're Fred Durst, aren't you?" He kinda chuckled and was like, "no" but LP was totally in town for some concert thing.

I got nothing else besides semi-famous bands. I mean, yeah, Billy Corgan in 2004. That goofy picture of me with him was taken and I met Jimmy Chamberlin at a Complex show. Blood Brothers a few times, Secret Machines, etc. But so...yeah.

I once saw Billy Baldwin at the mall in New York. Living in the capital of a small state I also see a lot of local celebrities, politicians, TV personalities, etc.

The best was when I saw John Waters in Provincetown. He zipped right by me on his bike, did a fast U-turn right behind me in the middle of the street and then pulled up to an ATM and took out some cash.

John Waters!

When I was about 8 I was at a Michael Jackson show with my brother and got separated from him. I just wandered backstage and no one stopped me. Met his guitarist Jennifer Batten. The fact that michael didn't rape me has left me with some serious self worth issues ever since.

i smoked a joint with ed vedder. i've hung out with the breeders a number of times. i had some hot mouth to nipple action with gwen stefani, but this was before anyone knew who she was. i've met 2 presidents (Bush 42 and Nixon). I met Snoop and he called me a nigga. I rode in James Brown's limo once, which was cool because James is infatuated with the fact that it has a hot tub in it even if he never uses it. I've met Kevin Smith a few times. I sort of dated/fooled around with a girl who later went on to star in a few TV shows.

I won't even get into sports/athletes.

i've seen regis and dick vitale at ND. i shook jeff samardzija's hand in NO after they got trounced in the sugar bowl. i was beyond wasted and don't really remember it too well. and fall of freshman year i used to see him in between classes every tuesday and thursday. i was beyond wasted and don't really remember it too well. do college athletes even count? probably not.

i got pretty close to rusty wallace in bristol about 7 years ago. he was signing stuff but i didn't have anything for him to sign.

I've met and even played with a bunch of famous trombone players. Or as famous as trombone players can be.

I once got Charlie Vernon some bottled water.

I walked up to Britt Daniel at the Beauty Bar last weekend, asked if he was who I thought he was, he said yes, I told him "your band sucks", and walked away.

I slightly resemble and have the same build as I Love You But I've Chosen Darkness' former bassist, Ernest. A couple years ago, before a ...Chosen Darkness show, Conrad from ...Trail of Dead came up from behind me when I was at the bar and started to give me a wedgie. I turned around, he realized I was not Ernest, freaked out, started apologizing and let me put drinks on his tab the rest of the night.

I grew up with and knew Hanson.

It's no Sweetin-boning (nice Cam!), but it's what I've got.
